May I present the most special stone we currently offer: an untreated, 1.48-carat white sapphire. But why is the stone colorless? Trace elements found in sapphires, such as iron, chromium, or even titanium, color the stone. However, if the sapphire has no trace elements at all, it appears white. Even more special, however, is that iron and titanium are found in one corner of the sapphire, evident from the blue spot. Isn't that fascinating?
